What to Expect

Bend Brothers Inspection Services prides ourselves on performing the most comprehensive and thorough inspection possible. On the day of your home inspection your inspector will arrive 10 minutes early to the property. The home inspector will use this time to familiarize themselves with the property and prepare their inspection equipment. Upon your arrival the home inspector will greet you and go over any specific concerns or considerations you may have about the property. If there are concerns the Inspector will focus more attention to these areas during the home inspection. We use a combination of inspection checklists, and systems, and modern technology to ensure no detail is left out. The average Home Inspection takes around three hours to complete. During that time you will have access to measuring devices, levels and other tools that may help you get familiar with your new home.
